Welding & Fabrication

Services

Our welding and fabrication operations are a core pillar of the company. We manufacture welded structures of various sizes and materials in accordance with the strictest standards, including EN ISO 3834-2, EN 15085-2 CL1 and DIN 2303 Q2. Thanks to our experienced team of fabricators and welders and modern equipment, we achieve high precision and weld strength. The process also includes subsequent machining, surface treatment, assembly and quality control, providing customers with a complete product that meets even the most demanding requirements.

  • Manual welding of a high-strength-steel chassis for an aerial work platform
  • Expertise and technology

    • Weldments up to 5,000 kg, including annealing, sandblasting, and machining.
    • Robotic welding up to 6,000 mm in size and 4,000 kg in weight.
    • Manufacture of weldments and sheet metal parts from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
    • Welding of structural, high-strength, and special materials such as armored steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
    • Preparation of semi-finished products by cutting, machining, and heat treatment.
    • For all welding processes, we have certified welders, with process quality verified by WPQR tests.
    • After fabrication of weldments, we carry out machining, surface finishing, and subsequent assembly into mechanical units in-house.
    • We verify weld quality using magnetic particle, penetrant, and visual testing.
    • Dimensional accuracy is ensured using state-of-the-art measuring equipment – 3D measuring arms and 3D scanners.

    Advanced welding technologies

We utilize a wide range of methods – MIG, MAG, TIG, resistance and spot welding – using the most advanced technologies such as robotic and laser welding, flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), and manual metal arc welding (MMA).

Thanks to advanced technologies and an experienced team, we are able to weld even special materials, such as high-strength steels up to 960 MPa as well as armored steels like Armox.

Our seven-axis robotic welding workstation can handle parts up to 6,000 mm in length and 4,000 kg in weight, ensuring consistent weld quality, high productivity in series production, and repeatable quality.

For small-batch and specialized production, we use manual welding performed by experienced welders. We specialize in welding structural steels, high-strength steels, and special materials such as armored steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The process also includes annealing, surface finishing, and final machining.

For preparation of cut parts, we use waterjet, laser, plasma, and oxy-fuel cutting of plates up to 250 mm thick. This allows us to optimize the entire production process of welded structures.

    Experienced team and certifications

Expert welding and assembly of mechanical units form the foundation of our production. Our experienced staff can handle even highly complex weldments or thin-walled structures, ensuring that no requirement is too demanding for us.

For all materials and welding processes, we have certified welders, with process quality verified by WPQR tests. We also employ certified EWE welding engineers and qualified welders in accordance with EN ISO 9606.

We hold EN ISO 3834-2, EN 15085-2 CL1 and DIN 2303 Q2 certifications, confirming our capability to manufacture and weld for demanding industrial sectors.

In addition to welding, we also provide complete assembly – fitting, installation, and integration of functional subassemblies according to customer drawings.

Customers receive a fully finished product ready for immediate use.

    Key welding capabilities

    • Quality control: Weld quality is verified by our team of qualified inspectors using non-destructive testing methods (VT, PT, MT).
    • Thanks to EN ISO 3834-2, EN 15085-2 CL1 and DIN 2303 Q2 certifications, we ensure consistent production quality even for the most demanding industrial sectors.
    • Dimensional accuracy is ensured using state-of-the-art equipment – 3D measuring arms and 3D scanning systems.
    • Welding processes: We use MIG, MAG, TIG, MMA, FCAW, laser welding, and resistance spot welding. Depending on the material, its thickness, and project requirements, we select the optimal process to ensure strong, high-quality, and reliable welded joints.
    • Weldments and frame structures: We have extensive expertise and experience in complex welded structures. We manufacture weldments, machine frames, and equipment enclosures precisely according to drawings. Our experience allows us to handle complex assemblies with multiple welds while maintaining overall dimensional accuracy.
