Thirty years of experience have given us a solid foundation on which we can build the company’s further development. Today, we are making the largest investments in the history of ZAKO Turčín – expanding our production capacities, acquiring new technologies, and creating facilities that will enable us to handle increasingly demanding projects and growing customer requirements.
However, for us, development is not only about technology. We devote the same attention to the people behind our results and to long-term relationships with our customers and business partners. It is the combination of modern manufacturing, an experienced team, and mutual trust that creates a solid foundation for the company’s further growth.
Production Capacities
We have a stable monthly capacity of 20,000 MH across a broad portfolio of machinery. In addition, the new production hall expands our production capacities with the Uniport 6000-HV 5-axis gantry machining centre, the ASM1612+APC 5-axis machining centre with an automatic pallet changer, the CLX 750 universal lathe, and the DEA Alpha Performance 3D measuring machine.
Technology
We invest in modern manufacturing technologies, automation, and process digitalisation. As a result, we increase production efficiency, machining accuracy, and flexibility in project execution.
