    High-precision CNC machining

    Precision CNC machining is one of the pillars of our services. Using modern multi-axis machining centers, we manufacture even geometrically complex components based on 3D models – both in single-piece and prototype production as well as in medium-sized series.

    Thanks to the combination of advanced machinery and an experienced team, we achieve exceptional surface quality and tight tolerances even on large workpieces.

    Key CNC machining capabilities

    Multi-axis machining of complex geometries: We machine on 3–6-axis CNC centers, enabling efficient production of highly complex parts in a single setup. This technology allows us to achieve shapes and levels of precision that are not possible with conventional methods.

    Machining of demanding materials: We have experience machining difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium alloys and high-strength steels. Thanks to optimized cutting parameters and tooling, we maintain a stable process even when machining demanding materials.

    Precision and micro-tolerances: We maintain tight tolerances in the range of hundredths of a millimeter. Our equipment and inspection procedures ensure that every workpiece meets the required dimensions – even for critical components.

    Prototype and series production: We respond flexibly to customer requirements – producing both individual prototypes and medium-sized series within the required deadlines. In medium-sized series production, we place strong emphasis on process optimization to achieve maximum efficiency while maintaining consistently high quality.
