Surface Treatment Centre
The company ZAKO Turčín, spol. s r.o. carries out surface treatment of industrial parts in the Zlín region. The company has opened a Surface Treatment Centre in Provodov, where we have a new painting booth, blasting box and drying box. We also offer annealing services.
Equipment of the Surface Treatment Centre:

Painting and drying booth
with an internal dimension of 7 x 4 x 3, 5m equipped for loading of lighter parts with an overhead conveyor. For heavy parts on a rail trolley with a load capacity of up to 5t. -
Pretreatment with phosphate for painting
Washing box in the same dimension as the painting booth and also connected to the overhead conveyor and rail track. -
Hanging blasting machine
For blasting parts using steel shot with a maximum part size of 2m in rotation and 3m in height and a weight of 1.8t. -
Annealing furnace
furnace with temperature control and recording of the heat treatment process up to 900° with internal dimensions 2 x 1, 5 x 1, 5m and car capacity 5t.
